Terms and Conditions


We will endeavour to have your item(s) delivered within the time estimate of 5 to 10 days. However, as delivery is handled by a third party courier and/or postal service, we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place in this time period. Once the item has been delivered to the specified address and signed for, it shall be deemed to have been delivered to the customer and Trendy Fashions will bear no further responsibility in this regard.


Please note that a SIZE GUIDE is displayed on each item’s page. It is THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER to ensure that the correct size is selected by utilising the information provided.


Trendy Fashions are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and specifically the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT). Should the buyer wish to return or exchange a defective item, this must be done within 7 (seven) days of receipt and all additional shipping and/or postage charges, as charged by the supplier, shall be borne by the buyer.

All returns must be sent to Trendy Fashions South Africa.


The burden of proving defects in items will be borne by the buyer. The buyer will need to show, by way of photographic proof, that the item(s) delivered is defective.


Items on our website are worn by professional models and when received may not necessarily appear exactly the same as colour, size and fabric appearance may vary.


From time to time SA Customs may require additional information in respect of parcels being imported. Please contact us at trendyfashions21@gmail.com for the required information.


There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, but are not limited to, stock limitations and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
